Timer and manual entry
Start and stop a timer for the current project + task, or add a manual entry after the fact. Both sync to the same timesheet on the web app.
Offline mode
The app works without internet. Entries are queued locally and sync automatically as soon as the phone is back online — useful for site visits, travel and remote areas.
Approvals on the phone
Managers can approve or reject timesheets from the app — with the same multi-level flow as the web version. Push notifications for pending approvals.
GPS geo-tagging
Location is captured per entry (opt-in, per project). See the site on a map from the entry detail screen.
Notifications
Daily reminder to fill your timesheet, weekly reminder to submit, push notification when a timesheet is approved or rejected.
